  Equinox on the Park is by far one of the best apartment complexes! I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It's located in a secluded, quiet area, and still not too far from various food and shopping centers. The front office staff is always available either in person or by phone. I primarily work with Mrs. Maria Torres, and any time I need something she is always there! (Literally just a text or phone call away) She helped to ensure my Move-in was easy and stress-free, and we stay in communication about upcoming events hosted by the new C.A.R.E.S.Team such as Superbowl watch parties, Yoga by the pool, and Love Your Pet Day. Maintenance is always around and work orders get handled promptly and accurately. This morning they noticed my water heater had been leaking outside. They came to inspect it, and within a few hours, they were able to replace it even before I returned from work. There aren't many children, neighbors are very quiet and respectful, and no loud music blaring throughout the night. I was fortunate to move-in at a great time when they had a few spaces available, so I HIGHLY recommend if there is an opening, snatch it! Equinox on the Park truly works hard for their residents and it helps make my experience feel like I'm Home.

  This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Amanda and Maria are super friendly and informative. They are always smiling and very up beat and professional. The maintenance team is amazing! I love the fact that they respond so quickly! Looking for a great place to call home, this is the place to be!
