  Very rude experience from the owner and his wife. My wife had ordered for 20 Chicken biriyanies over phone for treating her office colleagues with lunch and when I phoned the store, the owner's wife answered very rudely and said there is no such order in place and I might have placed the order somewhere else. I was trying to clarify on this and she gave the phone to owner himself and he said there is an order only for ten biriayanies! I called my wife and she reconfirmed that the order was for twenty biriyanies. Finally the owner was forced to give me 20 biriyanies but he was angry and very rude. As it was absolutely needed my order very badly because my wife had already informed her colleagues that she would be providing the lunch, I was trying to control myself. Upon getting the biriyani trays in my trunk, I gave the owner my credit card for the payment and he charged $125 instead of $120 for 20 biriyanies. When I asked about the extra 5 dollar he charged, he said for credit card transactions he would charge $ 5 additional! I was pissed off with the whole experience and told him that I wish I won't meet him in my life again! He exploded very loudly on hearing this and responded that the other three Indian competitor stores around his shop could not fail him in his business after their continuous attempts and I'm no one in as compared to his three competitors. As he was yelling at me peeking his head inside my car, my youngest daughter who was with me in the car started crying because of fear. As, my wife was eagerly waiting for me in her office for the lunch, I had to rush from the place else I would have ended up calling the emergency number. I would be never back to this shop again and I would not recommend this store for any customers who would expect a fair customer service. The owner and his wife were very furious on me but I'm not sure what did I do wrong except asking for 20 biriyanies and they were even ready to go physical with me. Looks like they are some uncultured, crazy people. I knew from friends and public that they were running out of business just because of their customer service and rude behavior but I asked my wife to place this order at this shop just because it was a small order and thinking they may not be busy to meet my small order. Anyway they gave me a bad day.
