I am a 45 year old black male that weighed over 300 lbs and takes two high blood pressure medicine and cholesterol medicine. Every since i signed up for the six week challenge, i have lost 27 lbs, i have a ton of energy, my back doesn't hurt anymore, my feet doesn't anymore when i run, i sleep better and i'm constantly dropping weight. i'm pretty sure once i go for my check up with my doctor, my cholesterol will be at a better number and hopefully doc will say, i only have to take one blood pressure pill.
If you want to change your life, you need to look into joining our gym or just joining a gym period.
